I’m very impressed with New Approaches, Glen Johnson and his staff. The overall vibe of the business once inside and Glen’s straightforward nature, relatable dialog with so many years of experience serve him to be so good at what he does. He did deliver me some pretty bad news, but I felt his support, understanding and ability to plan future treatment options have helped me beyond what I expected. Glen Johnson and his staff are extremely adaptable.

I was misdiagnosed to a severe level that will possibly affect me for the rest of my life. He belittled me, spoke to my MOTHER more than to me, and insisted she be in the room with me for my psychological diagnosis. I was 16 at the time. He used outdated resources to diagnose, the most recent resource he used was released in 1996. There were also many typos in my diagnosis he wrote.

Very caring office with staff willing to help with anything they can. They called back within a short time and worked the schedule as good as they can.
