They didn't have what we needed. Wanted to replace fireplace items and they said we would need a new complete system?!
No one is responsible for anything but sales .. . After that.. it’s all your head ache!! I do not recommend this company due to their lack of follow through and insufficient customer service.. as-well as inadequate product support.

Not sure why they would sell/ship fireplace that is incomplete but here I sit without a working fireplace? I ordered the FireIn weeks ago only to learn, an hour before installation, that the logs weren't included in the shipment. It'll be a nice Christmas huddled around the cardboard boxes instead of a fire. Santa will probably trip over the boxes and won't be able to deliver any presents after coming to my house.
