Wow, thanks Johnson Gas for the “custom distressed” fireplace product. The box showed up looking like it survived a demolition derby, and of course, the product inside was damaged. It’s almost impressive how little care went into packaging something so heavy and fragile. If this is the level of quality control, I’d hate to see what they consider a bad day. Hard pass on ordering from here again.
This place is terrible. They have bad customer service. The products are terrible. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable. I hope they get some sort of repercussion.
