We so appreciated Bob Johnson in the sale of my sister’s house in Ballard. We had several realtors look at the house, but he was the only one that knew that the lot was zoned for 2 houses. That knowledge added over $125,000 onto the price of the house and lot. Bob has a great personality, and his professionalism and knowledge of Ballard and area is top notch. Bob was a wise and experienced counselor who did the impossible and sold our condo at a reasonable price, quickly. He was great during the negotiation process, and got the deal done. Great human being to work with, and very kind and understanding. We are using him again. A terrific experience with a very good person.
