The salesmen were amazing. Mikhail helped us every step of the way. The install personnel were atrocious. The tile was uneven throughout and the tile didn’t even get close to the wall for the trim to cover. We went through three crews trying to get it corrected with no avail. This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worse experience ever. Also, all crews showed up hours late and some worked only 3 hours a day. Very easy to work with! Robert Bears was very helpful and patient throughout the process of helping me pick out flooring, with the install and with all my questions! I love my flooring and would recommend them!!
Stopped in to get samples of flooring for my Mom. We didn't find what she liked, but they tried hard to help.
