We had a pleasant sales experience deciding upon which home gym to purchase. The sales staff was positive and knowledgeable. Delivery and installation went smoothly (thank goodness we elected to have the gym put together or I'd likely have needed way too much time to do it myself!). The installers were pleasant, professional and on time! Now if I can only get someone to do the workouts for us we'd be golden! All in all, a flawless engagement with the Bellevue WA Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store.

This is an update to my previous review. Getting our treadmill from Johnson’s was a bumpy road, but in the end, everything worked out. A big thanks to JT for reaching out to us after the company saw our previous review. We appreciated his ownership of our unfunny comedy of errors and his persistence in making everything right. Our treadmill has been installed, and we’re happy with our purchase.

Was looking for a complete home gym training unit and saw the Force C10 unit on the Johnson Fitness facebook add. They had a unit in store so went to visit and it was super convenient. Easy parking, the store was well organized so that we could compare features and structure of multiple options across different brands at the same time. Salesperson was direct and told us things of what he personally liked AND disliked about various features and brands which was appreciated. Unless you are walking out with your item, no one should purchase from Johnson Fitness. Like other one-star reviews, we never received the item. We placed our order on 5/10/26. We were told the item was in stock and that we should be contacted by the delivery/installation company soon. By 5/18, since the delivery company had not contacted us, we called to check on the status. We were told we would get a call later in the week. We never got a callback, so we called again on 5/27.
