Arrived today. Sign in for says closed for construction.
We tried to stop in on Thursday, only to find the store locked and a sign that said it was closed due to a child emergency. OK, that's fine, sometimes things happen. So we went back today. Service was not very attentive (we didn't even know anyone was in the room at first because he didn't stand up from his massage chair), but we even gave somewhat of a pass on that, because we weren't intending to spend thousands of dollars. We went to the Roseville location Saturday morning looking for a massage chair. The young man working there was very friendly and helpful. We had his undivided attention showing me how to operate the chair. I know the customer service is very good, I bought an exercise bike there in the past. I bought the chair on Saturday, and it will be delivered Tuesday.
Store closed during normal business hours when we arrived
The only thing we were not happy about is the 2-3 week time frame for delivery. Bryant was very helpful and answered all the questions we had.
