The receptionist is a super rude person
If you can dont use them. waiting 3 days to hear back after multiple phone calls and being pushed to other people, leaving voicemails and still not hearing back. 1 person even had the cheesy "hello? whatsup? how can i help you? naw im jus playing" voicemail from the 90s. completely unprofessional.
For truck drivers 53ft dry van your fine to come in through olin Rd the light at spring valley and Welch is a bit tight but when you turn from olin Rd to dex Dr you'll see the one dock behind the gate pull into the parking lot directly in front of it and straight line back Ez I was running a lil behind but the guys were friendly and got me unloaded half a trailer bout 1 hr
In the past three months I've requested an update for a part that was ordered incorrectly by the technician who assessed the door, I have yet to receive confirmation that the part has been ordered. Not a single response from anyone at JEC. This has been going on since 5/1/2024, it is now 8/1/2024!
