We had a late night electric outage and they not only answered our call at 2:30 AM, they called us the next morning to come out first thing in the morning. Our electrician was efficient, professional, and helped us work with Pepco to get our power back on by the time he left. I appreciate their help and highly recommend their services.

He asked me to explain what happened, he gave me an asssessment of the situation and started work.
