I called about needing a garage door repaired. Pam answered the phone, took my name and number and asked if someone could call me back shortly. No one called me later or the next day.
They were recommended to me by my mother and I am just as happy as I can be! They were reasonable and very nice servicemen! They are officially our families go to for anything garage door related. My mother swears by them and now so do I.
Johnson Door doesn't usually service Monessen, but they made an exception for me. The gear on my garage door was replaced and other maintenance done. It only took 45 minutes for everything. Next day service, out of their service area, early arrival, complete repair, and all for less than $150!!
Love this company. Our garage door spring broke today. It is an enclosed unit that usually requires the part to be ordered. I called Johnson Door and someone was at my home in 30 minutes and the spring replaced within the hour. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
