I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment and they were still capable of fitting me in! They were extremely thorough during the exams and listened to my concerns and needs. They presented me with the issues they saw and let me know my options without pressuring me into making a decision or making me feel bad about deciding against it. I'm glad I switched to them and know I have a dentist on MY side, not the insurance company's.
