Time and time again this office can’t seem to schedule anything correctly. This has been a problem almost everytime we have any appt in the last 2 years! Between telling us the wrong time, telling us the wrong day, the phone systems not working and they look at us like it’s our problem. No apology, no care, just nasty tones. The worst experience only with the billing department, not willing to help and both people in charge has the rudest remarks. Claim to say I never gave them an insurance when they had this insurance multiple times. Not only emailed to them but also give them up front. Then sending claims over to an insurance past the 90 days. Then I asked for them to send me an itemized bill through email and they couldn’t even do that.
I have been a patient here since my first one. However I have noticed lately than the waiting time is beyond acceptable. Just today I had an appointment at 3:40pm, it's almost 4 pm and me and my baby still waiting. I understand there could be a lot of patients but this is something going on constantly on my last visits. If they
