Ordered a set of Pirelli tires priced matched and came in next day got them installed a couple of days later because I wasn't able to make it in. Tires are working great got about 1000 miles on them. Have a waiting area with motocross playing on tv while tires got put on
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was then taken on a tour of the dealership which made me feel priveledged and important. I met the owner as he wanted to make sure all my needs were met. I will definitely be buying my bikes here. I did notice the staff were very knowledgeable about there product which makes me feel more comfortable shopping here! Hands down the Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Thanks guys...!

The parts and service department at JCM is one of the best that I have found in the metroplex. The service techs are top notch and really know there stuff,and not just kawis and suzukis but all brands. I will be taking my bike there again the next time I need any type of service done to it.
Great service from these guys and gals! I'm very please with how JCKs staff treated me, I've never walked in without a warm greeting from Hannah up front. Lisa has always been able to answer any question I have about loans. And even the general manager Warren offers assistance with any issues/questions I have. I love it there, they build relationships with customers, I feel like a friend when I come in!!
Great bikes and gear if there is anything you need they have it. The shop is nice and the selection for everything is good.The employees are always there if you need help finding something.The mechanics are amazing and keep my bikes running perfect and i have not found a dealer that rides with me and thats pretty cool. They are always here when i need them.Go check out it out, its a great shop!
