verall, I am very happy with my experience at JCM. Had to haggle some with financing, but in the end, I got what I needed. Sales wasn't pressured and the pitch was honest and to the point. I just recently bought my 2nd bike from here and both times it has been a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth people. The shop is a little drive for me but worth it for both price and customer service. Both times I bought bikes, I originally was going to buy elsewhere because of location. The customer service at the other dealers was bad and JCM came thru in flying colors and sold me what I wanted and at a better price. Awesome family owned store and knowledgeable staff makes this the only bike shop I go to!
I purchased a 2014 Rmz450. The bike has never had one issue. The techs rebuild my forks, and I like em a lot.
Where everybody knows your name. So I can vouch for great service experiences and a great purchase experiences. KTM e300 and Kawasaki Mule. All because we met a guy named Warren at a Burleson hamburger stop.
Really helpful with any questions or problems I have, great guys that know what they are doing.
Great people always willing to help you find what you need or how much of something your bike takes awesome place. A little out of the way for me but it's worth the drive
