Had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound there and it was a totally different experience than I had previously in the hospital setting. They got me in immediately and were understanding of the worry that plays in while waiting for additional imaging. The mammography tech as well as the ultrasound tech were compassionate, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. Getting your mammogram is never fun, but the staff at JCIC made it a pleasant experience! The facility and equipment are first-class. I would definitely recommend them!!
The entire process was seamless. The staff from front desk to technicians were very friendly, well trained and capable. The setting was comfortable and my results were available right away. Will be sending more patients your way!
Just had my diagnostic mammogram done here today, so I was very nervous and scared, Robyn was the lady that did my mammogram, very nice and friendly, explained everything to me, made me feel so comfortable, gentle and caring, very knowledgeable, the care I received from her was above and beyond, I will definitely be going back for my yearly mammograms. She made a very scary experience so much better for me.
