Impossible to get a hold of anyone. They probably have the worst telephone system. Exhausting
Probably the worst alarm company out there. Teams don't talk to each other. They never follow through with what they agreed to. All call centers are outsourced and can hardly communicate in engish. Completely disorganised. Can't seem to get store hours correct and phone about motion alarms while the store is open. Anytime I ask for a service call they say they will phone to schedule a time, then just don't phone and send a technician at some random time they chose. Awful business.
