After trying several different dentists, I was fortunate enough to find Chad Johnson's office. They have been nothing but outstanding to me and my daughter. I recommend his office to everyone who has dental needs.
Dr. O'Dell and Jordan were amazing and very calming. They took extra time to make sure I understood all procedures and was getting what I wanted. First time ever that I felt no pain at a dentist! The lady answering the phone is why I chose this business. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of my concerns.
The whole staff is amazing! I have been going to this Dentist for over 6 years, and I couldn't be more happy with all of my visits. Thank you so much guys!
Loved that they had the patient form online. I was able to fill it out and bring into office upon my arrival. Staff was great and friendly! My experience was great! I would recommend Dr Chads office to anyone looking for a dentist!

Everyone was great and really nice. Dr. O'Dell adressed all of my concerns and the Dental Assistant was super nice! They accomodated my needs for an early morning appointment as well.
We are new to Johnson City and found Dr. Johnson on Angie's List. My husband had a problem with a tooth. The receptionist was very friendly and got him right in. He came home and was very happy with the Doctor, staff, and the office itself. I had a problem with one of my teeth and made an appointment. I was also happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
