Jan, the receptionist/coordinator is crazy. Schedules for a time, then she thinks she call you to reschedule, reschedules anyway, and says if i don't hear back, you are scheduled. How does this work? In 99% of all others, confirmation is needed. Beware of these folks. Jan needs to get organized, or just give up. She is always frazzled. Run away.

I believe this man is brilliant. Bedside manner, very dry. I would not recommend him if you are very sensitive. Compassion level not high.

I placed my mental health care into Dr. J's hands almost 10 years ago and I would have to say that was the best decision I have ever made. The first two years I recall his willingness and determination coupled with mine led to finding the medication cocktail that worked for me. Not an easy process but in the end it was worth all the work. He is one of the few Psychiatrist I have encountered that demonstrates a high level of intelligence without being arrogant. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist? Absolutely! I'm better than I've ever been Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? I Already Have Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
