Today was a great day! I had the privilege of having Jim McMurl come and install a new water heater at our house. Jim was prompt, professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Great upfront pricing with professional phone calls and texts responded to extremely quick. Thanks again, Jim and Garrett.
Garret was amazing. I know nothing about plumbing and my house is very old, very run down.. I was so scared and overthinking everything. Garret came right out the same day I called, talked me through, double checked, and even took the time to look at another issue while he was there that he wasn't called out for. Cheapest to come out and do a diagnostic, was able to fix the problem right then, and even said he would invoice us instead of having to pay everything right then and there.
