Very kind and nice
Horrible experience. Drove 4hrs twice, and the car was “still getting worked on” told he was going to get back to me by the end of the day, then all of sudden stopped responding. Got a notification saying the car has been sold. Just an awful experience.

This is incorrect. I told you very clearly the car was in service and could not be sold on every communication. You decided to drive here on your own even after being told that the car was not ready. Also, the reason you got a notification the car was sold was because I deleted the car from our website until the repair was done due to high volume of calls. Unfair review on your part.
Found Johnson Automotive Group on CarGuru and their great selection of vehicles ... Liked the 2016 Honda CRV and they were easy to work with. Got a very good price and a good deal with my trade. Couldn't ask for more ! Thanks JAG !

They were very nice! Great customer service. Unwilling to come down on the price of the vehicle. It was in need of repairs that I couldn't afford.
