We were on a long road trip and ran into a problem with our heater/air conditioner motor following torrential rain. Johnson Automotive squeezed us into their schedule, resolved the problem and had us on our way the same day. Great customer service from office and shop. If we lived in Eureka, Johnson Automotive would be our go-to shop!
I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Jon and all of the folks at Johnson electric. I had four other mechanics look at this electrical problem and no one was able to solve it over a month period and four tows. Jon is the best electric electrical trouble shooter auto electric guy in the region. He methodically troubleshot and removed all possibilities until there were none. The problem was outside the expert system diagnosis tree, but Jon solved by discovering a lawsuit at Honda for running anti-theft and diagnosis controls ... read more
