After a few years driving a vehicle I purchased from Johnsons I found an aftermarket GPS hidden under my dash. It was hardwired into my ignition wiring. Given its illegal in this state Ill will follow up with a complaint against their business license and dealer licenses.
Warning I would like to share my experience about Johnson auto sales I recently purchased a vehicle from them and the water pump went out after 2weeks I took it to a mechanic it cost 800 dollars to fix my warranty would only pay 410 of the bill so I contacted the dealership and ask if they would make up the difference since I havent even made the 1st payment yet they said no this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them over the years and this is how they treat me I will never go back theyre again and I also will let ev... read more
Purchased 2007 Toyota 2020 advertising price $5995 they did not tell me that I could get my own gap insurance to my own insurance company they did not tell me that I could buy a warranty from another party so they charged me money for this Plus 22% interest on top of that and there's $900 I don't even know who that went to I don't think that's right I should have been informed that I couldn't get gap insurance through somebody else because charging interest on top of that that's quite expensive that affects my loan. Just purchased a Jeep from Rick a few weeks ago. Had an awesome experience from beginning to end! Very helpful and got me into a new car fast. Also came back to get a fog light replaced and it was a very fast process in and out! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service!
