These folks are amazing! Covid-19 precautions in place! (Wait in your car until your appointment time. Everyone on staff masked. Appointments scheduled to avoid crowding-- I was the only client in the building during my appointment.) So professional starting with my call for an appointment. They are patient when you go for any service. They always receive you with a smiley smile when they greet me.
This office is so easy to work with. We got an appointment quickly and the staff is so friendly. The doctor answered all my questions and helped address my concerns and identify the root of my sons problem. I highly recommend them.
Went in with my son and they were great, very fast, very clean, they made it fun for the kids, and they offer free candy and coffee
Dr Wade has been great I can hear clearly now, and I can ajust when needed. I love them all they are always so up beat and happy to see you.
Dr. Anna Wade is a very pleasant and professional audiologist. She listens carefully to her patients and offers her advice clearly. My husband and I saw her in the Cartersville, GA office. He was very pleased with his treatment. The hearing aids have helped him in his job and with communicating with his family and friends. We have complete confidence in Dr. Wade, and will certainly continue to see her for hearing issues.
I cannot say enough about the people of Johnson Audiology! As a company, they truly understand the importance of customer service.
