Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic with less than 40,000 miles. Was promised he would purchase new floor mats(never did)! Last week my cars AC stopped working so we took it to the shop and it’s a $1,900 fix as they have to replace the entire unit. Called to see if they would work and help out since this is basically a new car and he told me he would not help. I bought a nice Buick from John's Used Cars in Hickory. They responded to my email quickly, and they were extremely friendly to work with. The car was exactly as listed and sparkling clean when I went for a test drive. It was nice to take a test drive with more than a sip of gas in the tank too. Wes was very accommodating during the sale, and they even put the license plate on for me. I would 100% recommend John's Used Cars to shopping in the area.
