front desk clerk was helpful and nice even while another customer was being rude and impatient behind me. the site itself is nice enough and the price is great, however the dumpster is always over full
Updated January 2025 in December we had couple problems including lights and 24 hour access I stopped by the office today Nicole mentioned Savannah credited us a portion for the lights being out in our section which I believe was a reasonable way even though truly we just need some lights to help back in at night . Also Nicole mentioned we had 24 hour access should be working now. Happy to see improvements as well as the new blind spot mirrors added

Had a 5 Star review until some of my recent experiences our section hasn’t had lights at night in 3 months i asked about a month and a half ago and still no fix. My company’s stores here and we do snow removal I was told when signing up and 1 week ago the gate would be open accessible at night during storms. well when I came by last night to get my snow equipment right before a storm LOCKED I tried calling the 24 hour support number and was told she can email for further review as I’m in the mix of needing my equipment sitti... read more
