This is listed on RV sites as having a dump station. As of 8/01/2026 the station is only available to people that rent a space there. It is no longer available to the public. My star rating is solely because their website didn’t say they closed it and I drove all the way there. It doesn’t reflect the storage center or any other services they offer.
The online was easy, however once arriving I realized I should have looked at the hours I could access my unit. Not to mention the height is not listed and that was something I assumed would be fine also. I should have thought about these things. Lesson learned, I will be acquiring a new storage unit somewhere else. I could deal with the height issue, but not being able to use it Saturday afternoon/evening or at all Sunday, is a no-go for me.
All I want to say is I'm totally Grateful of the way my situation was handle.I've been around for a while and so far I have nothing to complain about. Again Thank you
I’ve been meaning to leave this review because the service I received from Savannah was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in just 15 minutes before closing I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine kindness. Despite it being the end of the day Savannah never made me feel rushed.
