I had a billing issue and Savannah helped me and fixed it in a timely and professional manner. She is the manager there and I recommend using storage sense because of her and how she runs that location.

I’ve had my RV stored here for almost 6 months, I think. But in December and then again in January and February I got automated calls saying that my payment was overdue. I am on auto pay and it had not been a problem before. When I called them in December, they said they would fix it. Now, in February, they are still telling me the same thing.
