Tom and Paul Kelly are absolutely outstanding! We’ve had recurring issues with roots in our sewer line and have used their services twice. Had used a competitor a few years back for a sewer main drain clean out. Listened to them tell me all these expensive things were wrong and I needed to buy their company drain cleaner. We had a plumbing emergency (discovered house to street was blocked) on Sunday night and John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning quickly came to our rescue. Aidan Morgan (no relation) came within 30 minutes of my call and was very nice, professional and efficient. He solved what could have been a disastrous situation in our basement (sewage backup)! Very bad driver. Took an unnecessarily long time at the stop sign. It took him five minutes to make a right turn, even after being honked at ten times.
I called yesterday and they were able to come out the next day to help with a clogged pipe. Aiden called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. We will absolutely use this company again should any other problems arise!
