Christian, responded to us for clog with our pipes. Our water from all our lines was backing up into our shower. He came on short notice, was kind, and very professional. He fixed the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend!
Great service from Steven. Went the extra mile and was able to completely resolve my issue. Would definitely recommend him.
(I am glad to see such a fast response from Scott and look forward to having a good conversation to resolve) I was quoted a $500 on the phone but charged $2000 for the service once it was done; I have no problem paying more - but 4 times as much? The technician was polite and a nice guy - but the change in the service cost is very frustrating. I will be trying to contact the main office to find a reasonable solution.
So happy with the service from Aidan! John's Sewer sent someone out in the morning to fix a slow flushing & slow filling toilet. The first guy that came did a bunch of work but didn't really fix anything, so I was a bit frustrated. But then, to my surprise, a few hours later got another call that they were sending someone else (Aidan) and right away he was able to figure out the problem, ran out to the hardware store to get the replacement part, and came back quickly and fixed it!
