Mi opinión con la empresa ha sido muy diferente, desde el principio Jhon se mostró muy dejado con nosotros, en cambio los que trabajan con El siempre dieron un buen servicio, ellos fueron muy responsable. Nosotros tuvimos problema con la Boila desde los primeros meses, llamamos varias veces a la oficina y nunca devolvían las llamadas, quien vino aquí a mi casa fue uno de sus empleados. John was great to work with. I used them to convert from oil heating to gas, and what followed was a number of delays from the city. But John stayed patient, helped when he could, and never wavered on the price, which was significantly lower than anyone else would quote us. When it finally came time to convert, he and Garth did great work, refusing to call it quits until they ensured every radiator was giving off heat. This was a truly excellent value for the work provided.

I used Johns plumbing to fix my heating issue. He had to send some out within two weeks to take a look at the issue again. The heat still does not turn off when it’s suppose to and after a year and several calls later I still have not gotten any call back. As a black owned business this is horrible customer service.
