I reached out to Bob after no response from another monument company in Lima after several attempts. Bob was fantastic to work with. Being out of town we communicated via text. The engraving and cleaning of the monument was perfect as well the replacement of the vases. When we were missing a liner recently, he went to the cemetery and replaced it free of charge. This is a very professional, family owned business and amazing to work with!! Highly recommend!
They did such am amazing job on my mothers memorial. The colors are unique, and it's as flawless as she was. Thanks a ton
