John's helped our 3-unit condo with a walkway from the main entrance at the street, to the side entrance, all the way back to our garage/parking area. Previously, this had been only slate squares separated a foot or two apart. It would get very muddy and was not easy to navigate. Now, we have a very good looking, smooth flowing pervious paver path. Someone from John's plowed our street today, and he went above and beyond. I live at the bottom of a hill, at the end of the street, and we always get all the snow piled in front of our driveway. This driver went meticulously through and ensured that the driveways were clear, driving back and forth repeatedly to prevent us from having to re-shovel. I am blown away - thank you plow driver! We'll definitely look to John's in the future, if this is the level of care they take on tasks.
They have repeated and deliberately plow snow into into high piles right on top of handicap ramp access to side-walk leaving no access for handicapped/disabled persons or it possible for homeowner to clear. Horrible Experience BEWARE!
They showed up unannounced and started work without discussing what I wanted, despite a specific request to walk the property with me. Did a terrible job, hacking apart the bushes unevenly and leaving them damaged, and then charged more than twice what was quoted.
