I called to see if they could take my baby told them the symptoms, they said yes bring her in , brought her in , they said the couldn’t see her and sent us down to MUSC , I get a bill 6 months later and they didn’t even take her vitals when we visited… and they somehow can’t figure out how to bill our insurance when I’ve never had that issue with any other provider before… do not recommend this business.
We’ve been to this location twice now, and both visits have been such a breeze. We’re usually in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly focused on making sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. They take the time to really listen to what’s going on and are so supportive. They also did an amazing job with our special-needs kiddo, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend!

This is the best experience that I've ever had at an urgent care facility. The lady at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The facility is very clean. Both the Doctor and the PA were nice, helpful, empathetic, and took the time to listen and ask question to ensure their care was appropriate.
A great place and greatly needed. Kind, intelligent and attentive staff and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
