I will join the majority of negative reviews here. This place is an operational mess with no customer service. I ended up being booked for the wrong diagnosis. First they blamed me for booking the wrong on online when I had called. Then once they realized they had made the mistake, instead of apologizing and trying to rectify it, blamed me for THEM booking me the wrong thing. Will never go back. I can’t imagine dealing with this level of callousness when dealing with a cancer treatment.
It has been so disheartening dealing with this infusion center and the nurses and schedulers that oversee this location. Dealing with cancer is life altering and scary in itself, and then coupled with your infusion dates being changed day before with no heads up or discussion is making me realize that this so called top notch institution needs to go back to auditing their standard operating processes and procedures. Look elsewhere for treatment like Mercy Hospital or St Agnes. So very disappointed.
Let me ask you....What good is it in being a top medical hospital or source of care when you can NEVER EVER get someone to answer the phone, and when you finally reach someone, you can't get an appointment for weeks when you are in dire need with life threatening symptoms - symptoms thjat are not based on your opinion, but ones that are factually based on medical test results??? Getting help and treatment at Sibley and Hopkins is impossible!
