Called them because the hall we had rented for an event was freezing cold (the Glass Pavilion), and instead of sending someone right away to fix it, I got attitude from the person who answered, as if she was doing me a favor. I was given an assurance that they would "figure it out", but of course nothing happened and we had to spend the afternoon too shivering in the cold hall.
