I was helped by Jhanelle she was so friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Made me feel welcomed. Dan (maybe Jay, I can’t remember his name) and Amanda were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable. Played music that I loved. Very informative the whole time. I love John Hopkins!
I had an outstanding experience at Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center Radiology. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The staff were kind, compassionate, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The technologists were highly skilled and respectful, and the facility was clean and well-organized. I truly appreciated the prompt service and the care they showed. I have not had a bad experience in Radiology. Everyone has been super nice. Scheduling can be an adventure though. Used to be an easy process with being able to get appointments when and where you need them to be. Now you have to schedule months out in order to get your test when and where you need it. Traveling from a long distance and praying to get all appoints at the same location and within the same week is a challenge now. It used to be easy. Still the best place.
