My father is being treated at this facility and I’m not impressed with the service he has received thus far. My dad was diagnosed with stage IV bladder cancer 6 months ago. He should have been well over his chemo treatment by now, however he was denied care because he had out of state insurance. My father is disabled and is a Medicaid recipient. It’s a great hospital, the waiting time is minimal, the doctors are excellent, and the nurses and staff are helpful and pleasant. But the stress that is put on clinical trials can be somewhat over bearing. They need to explain the trials in more detail, and not rely so heavily on the patient’s ability to understand them. Other than that, on a scale of 1 to 10 ( where 1 is the worst and 10 is the best) I would give everything else a 10!
