They care more about profits than patient outcomes. They charged $356 for a video consult where they were less helpful than claude.ai, and bogarted most of the session time blustering about their latest USNews ranking while not providing care.
Maybe if we hadn’t gone to Cleveland Clinic first, I would of given Johns Hopkins a better score.. They acting as if they are doing you a favor, by taking you on... When in Reality we are the “customer and they are the merchant!” We pay ALL our our bills on time, and have excellent insurance..
