Every time I need appointments never available any department experiencing like no one care about patient any more it’s all about system error . No one know what they are doing .. it’s very frustrating!!

Went for my annual physical and Dr. Anyikwa asked if I had any pain, so I told her my shoulder hurts chronically. We had a 5 minute conversation about it and she prescribes me a anti-inflammatory and PT. Then because of this 5 minute conversation charges me my copay for the visit since it is no longer a “routine” physical. She asked me a question about pain, I answered honestly, and I get charged 30 dollars for a 5 minute conversation! They don’t care about you or your health only your money!
