The greeter at the Skip Viragh building (tall thin Black gentleman) was so warm and friendly that he set the tone for a very reassuring visit. He complimented my dad on his shirt and of course my dad had to brag about it to us later even though we all witnessed it. Thanks for adding cheeriness to an anxious process.

I understand that most, or all, medical systems in this country are under immense amounts of pressure for various reasons. However, as a former employee of the school and longtime patient on the medical side, this place is mostly reputation at this point. Yes, they are world renowned and excellent at treating rare medical issues, but the rest leave so much more to be desired.
