Fourteen minutes to make an appointment by phone ... for a do-over outpatient surgery! Not really complaining about the surgery; it may have been done perfectly. Stuff happens. But getting bounced around when trying to schedule Take Two ... irksome. Plus, typical pitiful automated call system in 2025 ... not 1963! Tried making an appointment with Dermatology, while talking to a woman who sounded like she’s in her 20s-30s. The woman receptionist who works at the desk hung up on me as I was talking to her. Then I stayed on the phone line waiting for someone to speak. She hung up on me as I waited on the phone line. Very unprofessional and rude
This was honestly some of the worst care that I've ever had. The doctor's diagnosis was completely different than the biopsy result, even though the doctor didn't initially want to do a biopsy. I'm now convinced that the biopsy results were wrong as well, as I'm seeking advice from a different doctor. Also, I was given little to no treatment advice. Drove from Southern Maryland just to see a Urologist. Waited for 1 hour and 37 mins until finally seen by the ‘nurse’? They said there was a mistake and they have booked 2 patients at one time- 2 10am appointments unfortunately my dad is one of those. They may have not able to see him if I did not follow up at the front desk. At 11:37ish he was finally seen by the ‘nurse’? who again unfortunately does not have a sense of courteousness, I’m not even sure if she’s a nurse coz she is very rude. This makes me sad to leave such a low comment because I had two really great interactions with this group. But I just called to find a new primary care. The person who answered was friendly, but told me I could not get an appointment until January. She did not inquire who I was - if I’m a Sibley patient (I’m a Sibley cancer patient). I moved here last summer and was diagnosed with cancer after several dismissive ER visits with Sibley. I thought I found a primary care at their I-street location.
