Just left here for my new patient appointment and the team was great. Ms. Denise had to verify my insurance and also helped me to get a new insurance card and change my primary care provider ( something I should have done on my own , she did in minutes ). Ms. Katrina was kind to give phone directions and parking directions when I called to say I was running late. The doctor was kind and straight forward and my appointment was pretty quick .
Dr. Cynthia Lee and the rest of the staff are so great. It doesn’t matter if the wait times are a little longer, they have so many patients. Once Dr. Lee comes into that room I have her full attention and care. She is so great.
Dr. Jarrod is an excellent doctor. I came up from Georgia and found a tumor in my bladder and within two days he had taken it out and I’ve had no further problems. Thank you, Dr. Jarrod.
Yeah don’t go here they suck. You will wait 30 minutes to be seen when your appointment was 30 minutes ago. They will not listen to you. They will ignore critical health concerns like every other doctor does. Just save your time, money, energy, and peace by going to a doctor that will take the time to accommodate you and not just rush you out and not hear you out.
