I have health coverage through the John Hopkins Family Health Plan...so obviously I'm paying for coverage. However, I was denied care and wasted time from work to go to an appointment at this office. The appointment was made online over a month ago...but they waited till I arrived to turn me away because I didn't have my insurance card with me. I haven't received my insurance card. I called customer service and they show me as having coverage and they don't understand why the lady at the desk in Silver Spring turned me away.... read more

Dr. Kenigsberg was well informed about my history and was clear in his explanation of every significant aspect of my record. He helped me to understand the current and future implications of the test results. I don't know how he could have been more professional or helpful. Five stars!
Great job from the JHCP team on my appointment today! From the front desk, to Maggie giving me great prep, to the attending tech expert who shares my birth year, to the attending Physician during the test, and to Doctor Kenigsburg, whose call at the end of the day was appreciated. This is obviously an experienced team who makes the patient feel at ease, and exhibits kind and professional care throughout. I highly recommend this team.
