I personally have never had an issue with the front desk team. However my physician Sarah Peet is amazing and listens to any concerns I may have about anything. Is very caring and attentive. Absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10.
Easy to get appointments and very competent and caring professionals.
If I had to rate the providers here I would give them all 5 stars, however the lady named Lisa at the front desk when you come in is always rude. She's either short tempered or is talking badly about a patient. I have had to report her several times and she's still here unfortunately. She is not the type of person who should be greeting patients as they enter the office.
