To begin with I feel like the opening paperwork should’ve been able to be filled out online. Secondly, the staff told my daughter she might need a hearing device and they weren’t even qualified to tell her that. She was 11 years old and this freaked her out. I really think the techs should keep to their line of work and leave the interpretation of test to the providers. I expected way more from JH. I will not be returning here
