Our entire sales experience with John’s Honda has been incredible. Vickie had been chatting with me off and on for a while to help us find our next SXS. We finally settled on a 700 Deluxe. It was easy outfitting it with the accessories we needed and pricing was competitive. We were met with smiles from every staff member and that only validated our decision to purchase from John’s. Horrible mechanic. Lazy. Kept bike for almost a year and I still got the bike back in the same condition it left in. Tore down. I finally got sick of waiting after I paid 1300. To get it fixed. He refused to call us back and let us know something all the time. So I had to pick it up myself . Still no no bike to ride. Trying to do it myself now.
John's honda had bike listed online at certain price. Then when I inquired about it they jacked the price up 2000 dollars and won't honor what they had it officially listed at. All feels like a scam, even if honest mistake, should make it right for customer. Terrible customer service
