Our HVAC was installed by John’s Heating & Air in 2019 with the previous owner of our house. We bought our house in 2020. The inspection report didn’t note anything being wrong & as first-time homebuyers we didn’t know much to look out for. WARNING: John’s Heating and Air is Under New Management I have been a customer of John’s Heating and Air for 15+ years. The first time I called this year was for a furnace problem on 1/9/25. Dave came out, cleaned some parts, tested and charged me $90.00 for a SERVICE CALL. Now I can’t get the A/C to cool the house below around 80.
