Always great service when working with John's Heating & Air Conditioning. Needed a AC service, they showed up and took care of us Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with John’s. We discovered at 9:15 pm last night that our very old A/C unit was not working. I called John’s this morning at 8 am and was able to get an appointment for 12-2pm. Rob showed up at 11:30 am. He found the issue, replaced the part and answered all our questions about future system replacement without try to upsell us. Our A/C is running smoothly now and what tends to be a difficult process was quite easy.
Had to remove thermostat was not responding. Was able to replace with an easier user friendly one.
We have used John’s for years. Dave was great and saved us a lot of money. However, I don’t think he works there any longer. We had to have a fan motor replacement, and it has worked well so far. Aside from being an expensive repair, we didn’t need a full AC system replacement.
