RecommendedI had a great experience buying my van here! Jim was friendly and sincere. There was a small issue and he handled it wonderfully. Everyone in the place was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Buying a vehicle can be a tense experience but not here. We negotiated and I got the vehicle I wanted! Paperwork was a breeze! It’s Also a nice area to visit as we drove an hour to see the van listed on a web site.

Some friendly advice. Dont ever buy a car from Johns Great Cars. They promised us a deal for ten days. We had to go back four times, each time they wanted something else. Today we went back again thinking we had a deal. Then to our surprise they turned us down again over BS paperwork technicalitys.

Bought a car here a month ago. It’s been to the shop twice and now it’s at the transmission shop for over a week now and won’t be done for another couple days! Have had nothing but problems with the car since i bought it. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! That’s now way they didn’t know about all the issue with the transmission that are currently being fixed! What a waste of my money and here i sit without a car yet again because it’s in the shop! We always do out best to sell great used vehicles but occasionally this type of thing does happen. You did get a warranty when you bought the vehicle from us and transmissions are covered so this should not be costing you anything. Is that correct? I do not want you to feel like you got ripped off here because that certainly was never our intention. What can I do to make this right for you?
