Shipping cost excessive for the method they ship. I paid $17.99 for shipping for 2lbs of printed material and they shipped via FedEx SmartPost (10 days to get here, and I'm five states away-Alabama to Maryland). Guys are very nice and knowledgeable though.

BEWARE OF JOHN'S RETURN POLICY!!! Dealt with Rick...very knowledgeable and friendly. HOWEVER, he would not let me return a $20 assembly manual because I opened it! I just spent $732 on door window parts which the assembly manual shows NOTHING on. I explained that was the reason to purchase the manual, but he insisted company policy would not allow me to return it (two days after purchase) even though return policy says nothing about returning literature. I still need chrome pieces (about $500 - $700) which I will now buy fro... read more
