get a working car wash and better employee's
!!DAMAGE TO CAR!! John's Car Wash recently caused damage to my car!! Damage to the right front headlight cover, paint damage on the right side near hood and black oil streak down the center of my car, all of which was not there before the car went through the wash. John's Car Wash refuses to take responsibility for the damage their equipment caused!! Don't take the chance of damage happening to your vehicle at John's Car Wash!!
Just paid $10 for a car wash and tipped and asked them to get the bugs off the front and windshield. Nope. So basically paid for a high dollar hard water rinse and they don’t even dry... lame
Don't go here. I have gone to the one in South Salem and it does a great job. There were still bugs on my head lights and the wheels were filthy. Obviously lazy employees who didn't brush those areas like the other car wash does.
Lame...lost my quarters when I tried to use the vacuum. Happened at the Johns Car Wash in west salem too. They always eat my quarters and the vacuum won't turn on.
Never ever go here! The water is hard and leaves white spots all over your car. Then some rude employee tells you after the fact that I should have got out of my vehicle and wiped the water off. Terrible customer service. I was hung up on and the employee refused to give me his name.
