RecommendedWe were in Myrtle Beach this past week for my son, Jason, 16th birthday. We stayed at the Roxanne Towers. I wanted to compliment one of your lifeguards, Sophia. She was kind enough to let Jason have a picture with her. He was very excited and it made his day! She was very friendly with our family and everyone around. And I know she worked hard getting those umbrellas and chairs put out every morning. I wanted to thank her personally for her kindness, but on the day we came home, she wasn't working.
Carson and laith are the nicest life guards I’ve ever come across. Our vacation here haven’t been the best however, I felt very respected and the customer service was excellent. Thanks Carson and laith, you made our time here way better.

We have not been to MB for about 10 years. We were very impressed with our lifeguard "VJ" from the Czech Republic. He was stationed in the Palms/Dayton House resort area. He was polite as he took care of those who did not know the umbrella sets were for rent, he was conversational yet keeping his eyes on the beach and the water. you have the kindness lifeguards. we had a child who had been stung by a jelly fish and they were knowledgeable and fast to help up. they told us what to look for and offered to call in help if she became worse. another child has found shark teeth and they were quick to discuss sharks and gave a quick science lesson to him. your Emma's have provided us with a safe,fun and educational adventure at the beach. they are ALWAYS smiling and scanning the water. they definitely set the tone of joy for all of us blessed enough.to be ... read more
we rented two chairs and no umbrella on Saturday for twenty dollars at 11am. Saturday, we rented two chairs and an umbrella Sunday and they tried to charge us 40.00. it was only thirty for the same thing Saturday.
Thank you Tim and Johns beach service for coming to our rescue today . Tim helped my husband who had a stroke taking him in his vehicle off the beach while I pushed the beach wheelchair up to the parking lot. You are our hero.
On Thursday, July 19th, this young man, Marek from Poland saved my life. I had been pulled under by a rip current in Myrtle Beach and had drowned. Due to Marek’s quick reaction and life saving skills, I only spent one day in ICU. He pulled me out from being face down in the ocean according to witnesses and Marek. There are not enough words of gratitude I or my family can express for his professionalism. It was humbling to meet the young man who saved my life.
