I have used John's for 50 years. I don't have a single complaint. They fixed my car when the dealer told me the issue could not be fixed. Electrical issue after an accident. The dealer did the bodywork fine but could not find the electrical issue.
This is a great place. They are honest and forthright and their process are reasonable.
I had a slow leak and I pulled in to ask for help. John was super responsive and had my car all fixed in no time. Great shop and great service!! Got me on my way in no time.
I trust him more than any mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve shopped around in the area and he gives the best prices, is the most straightforward, and is genuinely looking out for you (unlike other mechanics I’ve visited in the area that tried to scare me into costly/unnecessary repairs).
I switched to John's Autoworks after my prior mechanic suddenly closed shop. I've been very pleased -- reasonable prices, staff never "invent" work that actually isn't needed, maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. Also enjoy our drop off-pick up chats! Update five years later (6/2024) - still pleased as ever! John and Jim offered their guidance freely when my daughter and I bought new-to-us cars in the past year. Thanks, John and Jim - so helpful!
