I switched to John's Autoworks after my prior mechanic suddenly closed shop. I've been very pleased -- reasonable prices, staff never "invent" work that actually isn't needed, maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. Also enjoy our drop off-pick up chats! Update five years later (6/2024) - still pleased as ever! John and Jim offered their guidance freely when my daughter and I bought new-to-us cars in the past year. Thanks, John and Jim - so helpful!

Took my vehicle to John because there was a loud ticking noise when the car was running. He thoroughly looked at the engine then told me to hold on for a few minutes went to his computer and printed out a 12 page recall from Ford. Took it to Ford and it was covered under warranty. Asked him how much do I owe you for looking at my vehicle he said give me $10. Wow.....Honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I am now using his garage for all my vehicles. I had an issue where my tire was leaking air. I was a first time customer and since it was unexpected, I had not made an appointment in advance. I called and John told me to come in. Upon arrival, John and his crew were friendly and efficient--my vehicle was fixed in no time. I'm very grateful to the staff and I would highly recommend this business for your car repairs.
