I was a referral and I thought it was going to be one of those visits where they say I need brakes, alignment, windshield wipers and the routers needed to be replaced. NOPE! I was wrong. Didn’t even need brakes... they suggested a cleaning and adjustment of the back brakes. I was a happy camper! Great customer service from everyone who spoke to me and they even have a shuttle, snacks, basic drinks and candy! The bathroom was even clean!!! Found me a new shop! Thank you John’s!

Super friendly from start to finish....I was not put on hold, not asked to hang on, , , they gave me AND my car thier full attention. ... I wasn't told that they saw a dozen other things that NEEDED fixing right away. They did a thorough inspection...and I know because they emailed me several times with photos as they were doing it. FANTASTIC!!!
