I see some of the other posts and understand their frustration. On the other hand I had a favorable experience. I don't have AAA. My car wouldn't start and all signs pointed to a faulty starter. I called and asked for quote. The person handling the call made me feel like my business was important to them. After a few questions she gave me a fair quote and a reasonable timeframe for the tow. I had a flat tire on the highway and called AAA, who sent Countryside Towing to assist me. The driver removed my doughnut spare tire from the trunk and commented how I had my own scissor jack and torque wrench laying on top of the tire. He placed them all on the side of the road while he changed the tire using his own floor jack. I was in the car while he was doing it, then he cleaned up his tools and I assisted him in putting the busted tire in my trunk.
