The ladies in the dispatch office are outstanding I called triple A a couple weeks ago for a dead battery Triple A sent countryside towing .. INCONSIDERATE and GREEDY people. We had an arrangement to pick up a tower car for $300. We went to pick up the car. They worked with the police to have my brother arrested. After explaining the situation where my brother was set up and not even guilty of the crimes he was accused we offered to come get the car days later while he was in jail. We tried to pay the $300 for his car that is only worth $500. They refused to discount 1 nickle and requested $700 for the car. This is a horrible way to do business with no empathy or ... read more

they towed my truck in February damaged the passengers door passengers mirror while towing the owner Angela said she wanted me to have them fix after 3 weeks of phone tag she agreed to paying me 1000 dollars to go though my insurance. after 2 more months of saying the check is in the mail she just told me nothing was in writing and hung up on me .
